We do NOT charge for an initial consultation.  At the initial consultation, we discuss the details of your potential case, the legal process(es) involved and answer questions you may have.Where a client proceeds to instruct us (usually in writing) after the initial consultation, an invoice is sent for professional fees. 

In most cases, out-of-pocket expenses are included in our professional fees. Where they are not included in the professional fees, receipted expenses are usually provided often with the Client’s consent obtained.

No. Some instructions by virtue of their nature do not require trial in Court. Yes. Free cases are referred to as ‘Pro-bono Matters’ in the legal parlance. The Firm contributes its own quota to nation building and public service by providing free legal services to indigents in the society.
