Babajide is a corporate and a dispute resolution lawyer with years of cumulative work experience in advising individuals and corporate organizations on different complex commercial transactions.
Babajide graduated as a distinction student having emerged among the top 10% in his class and also as the overall best male student out of over 5,000 students with a total score of 94% in the Nigerian Law School M.C.Q competition organized by Solohan & Co. in 2022.
He has developed core legal skills and wealth of experience in the dispute resolution and corporate transactions space. He represented different leading corporate organizations in media, energy, aviation, ICT, healthcare, real estate, and banking among others.
Babajide is the founder and the current President of LegalUp, a virtual career resource centre leveraging on technological innovations for lawyers and law students to improve their advocacy and commercial awareness skills in Nigeria and Africa by extension.
As a former President of four (4) leading organizations during his undergraduate days, he led his team in different campaigns in partnership with the Nigerian Ports Authority, LADOL Free Zone, Starzs Marine Engineering Limited, and ICNL among host of reputable others.
Babajide earned a reputation of performing excellently well both as a lawyer and an entrepreneur. This has earned him several awards and recognitions, particularly the award of outstanding participation by Tonye Patrick Cole (Co-founder, Sahara Group) in the 2021 Mindswap Initiative program.
