He is a Nigerian citizen called to the Nigerian Bar and the New York bar. He has a wide range of experience in both domestic and international legal transactions ranging from Oil and gas exploration and production industry, insurance and securities, aviation, corporate transactions, energy law etc.  He coordinated with U.S and Mexican outside legal counsel in negotiating and drafting a complex multi-million dollar geophysical service contract with the Mexican national oil company, Pemex. He has also successfully represented one of the biggest airlines in Nigeria before state courts on a variety of lawsuits relating to aviation law.
